Today's meals x

Wow what an amazing group I had tonight!! The weight losses were amazing!!!!! We had lots of 4's, 5's, 8.5's and a 9lb!! I have given out so many awards, so flipping proud :-) Here's my meals from today. Breakfast one of my favourites, smoked salmon, scrambled egg, sautéed veg and a scan bran. Lunch was a Cajun chicken salad with 1 syn of salad cream. Dinner after group was my ultimate quick fix, aldi salmon Thai fillets and ginger, garlic and chilli stir fry. Literally takes five minutes and it's gorgeous and packed full of superfree!! Night all xxx
