Syn free Keema curry

Hey all!

Here’s one of my favourite ever recipes! Syn free keema curry with rice and salad.

  1. Pan fry less than 2% fat Turkey mince, onions and mushrooms in fry light with fresh garlic, ginger and chilli all finely chopped.

    2. Next add Schwartz curry powder, we use hot, but medium is fine too. We don’t measure, just whack it in to your taste. No other curry powder is as nice in my opinion.

    3. Pour in some chicken stock and add some garden peas.

    4. Add a bit of tomato puree and then serve.
